Louise is a shining example of how capable many carers are and how frustrated many of them feel with the poor pay and employment conditions they face with many corporate providers.
There is an army of Louise's out there waiting to be valued and empowered, so that they can contribute to their communities.
We need more choice in home care for both families and carers, if home care is to truly contribute to it's full potential in our health sector.
